Top Workplaces 2017 —The San Diego Union-Tribune
Buffini & Company was selected as a “Top Workplace in San Diego” for 2017 by the The San Diego Union-Tribune. This is the second time Buffini & Company has been awarded this honor, the first in 2016. Winners are chosen based on the responses of an employee survey, in which employees rate the company in categories that range from pay and benefits to motivation and company values. Past honorees include Intuit, Courtyard by Marriott Downtown San Diego and Whole Foods Market. The award recognizes the companies with the best work environments in order to encourage other companies to follow suit.
