As a real estate professional, you have a growing network of business owners in your local community who you like to work with and trust enough to refer to your clients. These pros not only include lenders and title reps; they also include contractors, plumbers, interior decorators, landscapers and a myriad of other services.
Although many business owners focus on building relationships with their clients, it’s also important to build relationships with local businesses as well. Yes, your clients’ business and referrals allow your business to succeed; however, don’t forget that the businesses you work with are also eager to refer you. In fact, since they do business with so many people within your community, they have a much wider network that you may be able to tap into.
