Top Workplaces 2016 —The San Diego Union-Tribune
Buffini & Company was selected as a “Top Workplace in San Diego” for 2016 by the The San Diego Union-Tribune. Winners were chosen based on the responses of an employee survey, in which employees rated the company in categories that ranged from pay and benefits to motivation and company values. Past honorees include Intuit, Courtyard by Marriott Downtown San Diego and Whole Foods Market. The award recognizes the companies with the best work environments in order to encourage other companies to follow suit.
